• Can I opt to only receive an e-design, if I want to do the rest on my own?

    Absolutely! If you only need a visual guide or template, that includes specific items for the space you are interested in refreshing or remodeling, we’ve got you covered. We will discuss with you, in detail about your goals for the space and we will provide you with a visual aid to help you execute the look you’re going for. Think of this as a mood board.

  • What if my location is not local, can you still provide on-site services?

    Yes. We travel to non-local sites. A travel fee will be required based on the site location.

  • Can you help me organize a space, virtually?

    Yes. We provide virtual assistance.

  • Do you provide full home styling?

    Absolutely!

  • Should I purchase items prior to the install date?

    We ask that you allow us to purchase the necessary products, to ensure they will be an adequate fit for the space we will be working in.

  • Do I need to be present during installation?

    You will only need to be present during our initial in-person walk-thru. If you cannot be present during install day(s), that is no problem.

  • Is your company insured?

    Yes, we are insured. For your peace of mind and ours.

  • Is a deposit/retainer required?

    Yes, a 50% deposit/retainer is required, upon contract/agreement acceptance.

    Payment milestones will be provided for the remaining balance and final payment is due prior to install day.

  • If a sub-contractor is needed, do I have to arrange it?

    No, we will coordinate and communicate with all sub-contractors. You will only be required to ensure direct payment is made to them.
